Compensation

• Earn $27.50 per hour
• Guaranteed 8 hours of pay per day
• Overtime paid after 50 hours worked per week
• Annual pay increases based on tenure:
  • 1 Year: $28.18/hour
  • 2 Years: $29.05/hour
  • 3 Years: $30.05/hour

Home Time

• Home Daily
• 10-hour break between shifts

Position Details

We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated account based in Fort Wayne, IN.

Drivers can expect consistent freight, steady hours, and daily home time. This position offers guaranteed daily pay, overtime opportunities, and long-term earning potential through annual pay increases.

Schedule

• Drivers must be willing to work any shift
• Current start times available:
  • 6:00 PM
  • 9:00 PM
• No first-shift positions currently available
• Typical workdays range from 8 to 14 hours
• Saturday work required approximately 3 times per month

Miles

• Approximately 2,000 miles per week

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent CDL-A driving experience
• Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN
• Must meet DOT requirements
• Safe driving record
